Delete your account on a server
- Open the app (or the server's address in a browser) and sign in.
- Open the menu and choose Account settings.
- Scroll to Delete account and confirm with your password, or by typing DELETE if you signed in with Discord.
The account is signed out everywhere at once. It is then erased, with everything it owns, after the grace period that server has set. The default is 14 days; the settings page tells you the exact number, and an operator can set it to zero for immediate deletion. Signing in before the date shows a Keep my account button if you change your mind.
Accounts are per server. If you play on more than one, repeat the steps on each.
Delete a world hosted on your device
A world the app runs on your phone or computer is stored only there. Uninstalling the app, or clearing its storage from the system settings, deletes the world's database, every account on it, and all uploaded and generated media. Nothing is kept anywhere else, and Android cloud backups never contain it.
What is removed, and what stays
- Removed: the account and its credentials, campaigns it owns and everything in them, its characters, profile picture, private chats, notifications, friend links, and any uploaded images the deleted content was the last thing pointing to.
- Kept, without your name: messages you wrote in other people's campaigns stay in their transcripts, with the author link removed. Roll tables, prepared encounters and scheduled sessions you made in other people's campaigns pass to those campaigns' owners.
If you cannot sign in
Ask the admin of that server. An admin can reset your password, or erase the account outright from the admin panel with no grace period. The app has no central service, so nobody other than that server's admin can act on an account there.
